Tier to Tier Bakery began in our home kitchen with a dream and a challenge. When Margaret migrated here, she brought with her a background in finance and a strong work ethic, but struggled to find opportunities in her profession. Rather than let that stop her, she turned to something closer to her heart—baking.
What started as a way to share a taste of home with family and friends quickly grew into a passion-driven business. Banana breads cooling on the counter, cheesecakes crafted late into the night, brownies disappearing as fast as they came out of the oven—soon, word spread, and Tier to Tier was born.
At Tier to Tier, we believe baking is more than recipes—it’s about resilience, creativity, and connection. Each dessert carries with it a story: of migration, of starting fresh, and of finding joy in simple, handmade things.
